Interested in joining the Quaker Connect program? Below you will find the application process, deadlines, and the application form for the pilot 2025 program. For more information or for assistance applying, please contact quakerconnect@fwccamericas.org.

The Application Process
STEP 1:
Fill out Interest Form.
Submit the online application form found on this page.
STEP 2:
Church/Meeting Minutes Approval
Local meeting minutes approval to participate, names apprentices, and approves a paragraph or two on why the meeting believes it would be ideal for the program. This step will be completed by January 5, 2025. (October 25, 2024 for Latin America)
STEP 3:
Fill out Apprentice Questionnaire
Upon completion of the previous step, Quaker Connect will send a questionnaire to apprentices to be completed and submitted no later than January 15, 2025 (Latin America: October 25th, 2024).
STEP 4:
Application Review
All completed and submitted applications will be reviewed by Quaker Connect leadership. Churches/Meetings are contacted who will make up the first cohort of 10 meetings/churches.
STEP 5:
Start of Program & Kickoff Retreat
Quaker Connect’s 2025 Program begins February 23, 2025, and the retreat will be held March 17-21, 2025, with optional but encouraged section meeting attendance through March 23 in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
